How it works
How a case runs, from the first call
The same five steps at every office. You'll always know which one you're on.
- 01
Step 1: A short call
Ten minutes with our intake team to check we can help and that there's no conflict with the other side.
- 02
Step 2: The first meeting
An hour with a lawyer, in person or by video. Bring what you have; we'll tell you what's missing.
- 03
Step 3: Your written plan
Within a week: what we'll file, in what order, the likely timeline and a fee estimate for each step.
- 04
Step 4: The work
Filings, disclosures, mediation and hearings. Every step is a line on your plan, and we update it as things change.
- 05
Step 5: The order and after
Once the judge signs, we send you a one-page summary of what the order says and what to do if it isn't followed.
